[Resolved] Flipkart — Product not delivered at time | |||
I bought product online from flipkart.com. Product is boat earphones 255f. They are not giving delivery as oer expected date. Date are changes from 22nd October yo 29th October. Now 3rd November showing for delivery. They are saying only please wait for product or you can canceled the order and you will get refund. So im ordering something from online flipkart.com for canceling the order. I need my order, i don't need refund. Was this information helpful? | |||
Oct 27, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved They are giving delivery but no steps for late delivery. Very bad response from company. Very bad customer service. They are always saying, we are sorry for inconvenience and please wait. That much only radio tap we listen while calling to customer care executive. Nothing on there hand. Because they are only robot. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Oct 27, 2020 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
