Flipkart — Product not delivered..but got a delivered msg ..not responding

Hi .I had ordered a long frock in flipkart on July 12th ...I paid online...I got a delivery confirmation msg on 16th July..but the product was not delivered...I immediately msgd the customer care ..they said it ll get resolved in 48 hrs ..from past 25 days..I ve been calling them regarding this issue ..but no action has been taken ..20 calls has been made ..iam so disappointed with flipkart..they have given the issue resolved msg but no solution has been provided..pls help me in sorting this
