We ordered an apple iphone xr order id od[protected] for rs 57800. For this we used cc to make the payment and involved an exchange of the existing iphone for rs 7500.
On 21st may we placed the order for the phone and on 26th may the order was attempted to deliver. The delivery boy said while the evaluation for phone exchange was 7500 as there are scrathes (Which wasnt there) the exchange will not be accepted. He asked us to pay additional 7.5k and take delivery of the phone. We refused and requested cancellation of the order.
The delivery guy went back without giving the phone or taking exchange but marked the phone a delivered. We immediately contacted flipkart and they stated that cancellation can not be initiated as in system it shows delivered. They then recorded the complaint and started inveatigating. We have need confirmed on call multiple times that this is a technical error and will refund in 48 hours but nothing has happened in the last more than 20 days.
We have have multiple calls, raised issue on twitter and yet nothing.
Please think of it, the phone cost was 57800, but via cc we only paid 50400 and the exchange phone was not taken from us. Then how can this product be delivered?
We are being cheated of 50, 400 and nobody seem to be able to help or care in flipkart.
