[Resolved] Flipkart — Product not delivered but showing as delivered. Prepaid product

I ordered a fossil watch on 1st of july. And the expected delivery date was 7-10th july. On 7th july i received a mail below. The app is showing that the product is delivered. But ive not received any such product. So i called the customer care and they registered a complaint with me and told me that they will reply by 13th of july 2017. So im waiting. I believe there is some technical error oon their part. And have confidence on them that they will resolve the issue.

Flipkart Customer Care's response customer complained that shipment was not delivered but got delivery confirmation message. We interacted and confirmed that today 15/07/2017 shipment received. Hence closing the case.
