[Resolved]  Flipkart — Product not delivered by ekart

I had ordered a prestige chapathy maker in flipkart after almost 8 days i received a message that the product was out for delivery but i missed the call of the delivery boy and received a message that the product could not be delivered as they could not contact me and they will try delivery next day. But the next day i recived no call or message and also did not get my product. When i called to ekart they asked me to enter the registrational no and the pin which i was very sure that i gave the exact pin that they gave me. But the was declared invalid. I am very dissapointed and i say that ekart should attend to this shameful act as the sales people depend on customers. The tracking no is fmpc[protected]. I am attaching the screenshots of the messages received.
