[Resolved]  Flipkart — product not delivered, delivery person rejected the exchange item without any cause

I ordered Honor 9i on 16th may'18 under order no. 0D[protected], while availing an exchange offer with my current phone(ASUS Zenfone 2 laser). The delivery was supposed to be on or before 24th May'18. The delivery person brought my phone on 23rd May'18. While checking my old phone, he found nothing wrong with my phone, It is functioning perfectly till date. How ever he found a small scratch at the left bottom side of the phone(Image Uploaded) and straight away declared my phone as rejected and denied to complete the order and went back without delivering the product. Being harassed, I contacted to the customer care of flipkart. They logged a complaint and assured me that some one from flipkart team will call me, verify the issue and my issue will get resolved and i will get my product delivered by 26th May'18. However on 25th May I suddenly saw that my order is cancelled, and rwfund is initiated. I was not even communicated about the same. This kind of harassment is really unacceptable from flipkart. My phone has met all the requirement of flipkart while exchanging, then why I am facing this kind of problem? I want my product to be delivered. Please look into the matter and take necessary action.
