[Resolved] Flipkart — product not delivered even after 5 complaints registered to flipkart customer care. | |||
Ordered a Printer on 17th april.Date of delivery was 27th april. Order no. OD[protected] Delivery was not on time. Complaint 5 times.Still order is not delivered. Which kind of service are u providing to the customer. Flipkart doesnt value it's customer and valuable time of its customer. Wasted my valuable 2 weeks due to carelessness of flipkart. Really disappointed. Its time to say goodbye to careless service providers. I won't use flipkart in my whole life. Company which doesnt care about valuable time of its customer cannot grow... Verified Support May 07, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a concern stating that he has not received the delivery of the product but the delivery status was changed to delivered.Spoke to customer and informed that we have initiated refund for the order and will be credited within 6 BD.
