This is to bring to the notice that i had ordered 2 phones on October 16, 2020
1) Apple iphone SE black (64 GB) on thr said date. The delivery date was given as October 18, 2020.
The date passed and the product was not delivered.
When inquired about the delivery i was given next date as October 20, 2020.
The product was not delivered on 20 October, 2020 also.
After making complaints for late delivery, i was assured that i will get my product on 20 October itself and i should wait for 7 pm.
Flipkart makes deilveries till 7 pm.
The day passed and product was undelivered.
On 21 October, 2020 i again called and had a chat on call with the customer care and again i was given another date for the delivery, that was October 24, 2020. The customer care said that my complaint/query has been escalated and send ahead as important query to be addressed as soon as possible.
On the same day October 21, 2020, I received a call from flipkart customer care inquiring about my query and assuring that my product will be delivered by October 26, 2020 and was also assured that the delivery of the phone will not be postponed any futher.
PLEASE NOTE that:
The product(phone) was shipped on 16 October, 2020 itself and it reached and even left the flpikart facility in Gurgaon on October 17, 2020 itself and after that there is no update on the flipkart app about the delivery.
TODAY is 21 October, 2020 And if i track the order it shows the delivery date as 20 October, 2020
Today (21 October, 2020), i got a call from the flipkart customer care saying there is delay in delivery of the phone and asking me to cancel the order.
I have been patiently waiting for my phone and what I am getting is the company asking me yo cancel my order.
WHY SHOULD I CANCEL THE ORDER ?
I am not been provided any details of the courier company or any number to contact them and just get thr same reply that i will soon be delivered.
The last update i can see is that the ohone has left the Gurgaon.
When the product has already left the Gurgaon facility, it should take this long to reach and above all i am being asked to cancel the order.
IMPORTANT:
I have been getting new dates of the delivery of phone and daily its getting postponed.
As we all know, these days everything is been done online and not having a phone is very painful.
My work is getting piled up as my previous phone is not functional anymore.
I WANT THE DELIVERY of the phone and not anymore dates.
I want to ask can flipkart assure me that if cancel my order, will i get the phone in same price that i had booked on 16, October ?
And if not, why should i suffer and pay more amount ?
I have been waiting for it patiently and what i am getting in return is being asked to cancel.
The company should instead ask the courier company for the delay and not the customer to cancel the order.
I JUST WANT MY PHONE DELIVERED TO ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
Me and my work has been suffering due to delay in delivery.
REQUEST you to kindly contact your courier service you had tied up with to deliver the product and make the delivery fast.
The experience shopping with flipkart till now was very good.
All this is showing a bad image of the company for me.
Do not make me regret shopping with flipkart.
