[Resolved] Flipkart — Product not delivered for a prepaid order | |
I have booked a usha wall fan on 21/05/21 it shows delivery on 23/05/21 with an order id OD[protected] and paid for it, on the day delivery is postponed to 25 th may, I am looking for my order. It not reached to me. Then i called customer care they told that we solve ur problem with in 31 st may. Today 05/06/21 now itself also the prosuct is not delivered. Yesterday flipkart executive told me to cancel the order and make a new order, how is it possible for a prepaid order. I checked for the same product, its price is increased and out of stock for my desired address. Was this information helpful? | |
