[Resolved] Flipkart — Product not delivered for more than 15 days | |||||
I ordered a laptop in Big Bang Sale exchange offer on 16th Oct 2015, but on 27th only it came for delivery, but delivery person didn't deliver the product because the one number in serial key of the old laptop is missing with the record of what they have. Finally I spoke to the customer care people and they told if one number is missing it is not an issue so he told the product will get delivered the next day. But the next day also the product did not get delivered, I spoke to the customer care people for more than 15 times but are always want to complete the call by saying within 24 hours the problem get resolved. Its very annoying and frustrating that daily I am receiving 3 to 4 msg to my mobile stating that your product will get delivered today by so n so person. I have already paid full amount for the laptop. Very bad. Was this information helpful? | |||||
