I have been a regular customer of Flipkart. I used to recommend Flipkart because of my customer experience with Flipkart. Lately, this has gone to the dogs. I only hear scripted lines spoken like a puppet. The order ID mentioned in the subject line was ordered on the 25th of September. The initial promised delivery date was the 7th of October, which was postponed to the 17th of October and then to the 29th of October. There is no status update against the shipment and it is evident that nobody knows even which state the product is in. The order is not allowed to be cancelled as well. I have reached out to regular customer care and only got promised dates after promised dates without any resolution. Even after the incidents like - IN[protected] get created, these are mostly closed without any intimation or information.
I am pretty sure that the concerned seller is a fraud and never shipped the order. It was probably marked shipped with a fake ID. I have faced this before with another e-commerce portal but it was handled smoothly and the amount was refunded within the stipulated time.
Under these circumstances, I would like you to take a look and provide a refund. Otherwise. I have to take the legal route and ask you to delete my Flipkart account without keeping any of my personal data in the backend.
