[Resolved] Flipkart — product not delivered for prepaid product and no refund | |||||
I did make a purchase of honor 9n from flipkart on 11th october for 11999/- the promised delivery date was 22nd october. The product had no tracking id. By 22nd october when i contacted flipkart they informed that there is some technical issue the product will be delivered by 26th october. By 26th morning i received a text stating the product is delivered. Neither flipkart nor the courier service dtdc could track the product till date. By 4th of november i requested for a refund. Today is almost 17th i haven't received the product nor the refund. Help me through the process. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Nov 21, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the refund of the order. We have interacted with the customer and confirmed that the refund amount is reflecting in customer account. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
