Pathetic service from Flipkart on that plus customer 2 months for a single product after 20-25 follow ups and multiple escalations with senior executives gave 7-8 different resolution dates no upfront call from flipkart everytime i have called them and one more date is provided.
Confirmed with seller also and told product will be delivered on 4th july after a month still no response even after that one more month passed by 3 months there is no update after 20 calls multiple emails being forwarded..
So many emails escalation still no resolution so many messages and mails in inbox for one product

and now they say cancel the order..
Why after so much follow up and 2 months they are saying to cancel..
Why customer should place a fresh order? from 13th june till date its showing approved item is to be shipped.
If shipment issue at flipkart send, retrigger the product as customer has already paid the amount.
if you want new order to be placed provide the differential amount or GV of the product when i purchases in sale why should i pay extra money.. Was this information helpful? |
