[Resolved] Flipkart — Product not delivered harassment by flipkart customer care | |||||
Order Number: OD[protected] Incident:IN[protected] I ordered Mi4i and paid through my credit card as it was a gift for someone. I wanted to get it delivered to the person so I put her address as delivery address. The product was never delivered. I contacted customer care via email. They delayed the resolution. They are harassing the person who's name is on the order, in spite of mentioning in the 1st email that the person shall not be bothered. Instead of resolving my issue, they are more interested to prove that I am lying. I have still not got any resolution so I wanted to complaint about this incident. Tried calling customer to confirm regarding order status, but unable to reach. However, checking our record, order has been delivered. Hence, closing the case.
