Dear sir i have booked a mobile on 21 october 2019 and it was suggested by you to deliver at 25 october, but it is not yet delivered. I have several times text you on the help centre regarding this My order id is : 0d[protected]. You have send a message on 31 october that your delivery will be done today. But in the night i received a message from delivery site that i have postponed the order to next date. I several times tried to call the delivery agent but he did'nt pick up my call. I also text him a message but no reply. It is high level of negligence and disrespect to customer The mobile number of delivery agent is : [protected]. I am much disappointed with flipcart and have decide not to do shopping in the future Was this information helpful? | |||||
