[Resolved] Flipkart — Product not delivered on promised date | |||||
I have ordered le eco phone pertaining to order I'd OD[protected] on 21st December 2016. The original delivery date is 31st December but on 31st December I have no information where my phone is. I called so many times to customer care they promised me that the phone got delivered on promised date but still I have got nothing. It broke my trust in online shopping. I have suffer a lot from flipkart either the flipkart deliver the phone by EOD else they pay me original cost that is 10499. I have bought this from flipkart sale. Now the sale is over and I want original cost 10499 as a refund so that I can bought it from another platform. Was this information helpful? | |||||
