[Resolved]  Flipkart — Product not delivered three times consecutively

Hello,

I have ordered for three items and the delivery of all those three items went on a toss.

1. Pressure cooker
2. Cloth
3. Office chair

The pressure cooker has been ordered on August 2, 2020. The item reached the nearest hub. It’s was in the hub for 9 days. 9th day I got a message saying that your order has been canceled. Called the flipkart customer support, they said the seller has canceled the order since the delivery executive was not able to contact us. But no one has called us.

Cloth - it has been the ordered on August 10, 2020. The product has been packed shipped from Kolkata. It’s August 23, 2020. Still the product has not reached Bangalore. As usual, customer support people told, they will raise a case and will get the product delivered by August 16, 2020. They also said some unforeseen circumstances. So the product will be delivered before August 22, 2020. Now, the product was not delivered nor a refund. The product is in middle of nowhere..!!

Office chair - I have ordered the office chair on August 10, 2020. The promised date is August 23, 2020. The product has been shipped from Bangalore. Instead of coming towards Bangalore, it’s going towards Hosur. Called flipkart, they said sorry for the inconvenience sir. We will raise a concern with eKart team and get it delivered As early as possible.

How can I trust flipkart services provided the last two items has been canceled and not refunded. Also, frequently making users call flipkart support is annoying.
