[Resolved] Flipkart — product not delivered till date | |||
I have ordered an item from my mobile number [protected] bearing online order no. Od[protected] on 15/10/2019 and the expected time of delivery is 30/10/2019. On 30/10/2019 the website send an sms regarding the delivery of item is delayed and it will be delivered on 04/11/2019. Again on 04/11/2019, they send an sms that the aforesaid item is delivered in 08/11/2019. Again of 08/11/2019 they said the item is delivered on 12/11/19. Again on 19/11/2019 they said the item is delivered on 18/11/19. Kindly let us know whether any other grievances option is available in flipkart or i will go to consumer court.
