[Resolved] Flipkart — Product Not Delivered within the Date Mentioned | |||||
Hi Team, I have placed my order on 10/09/2016 with the order id # OD[protected] .Before placing the order the pop up of delivery of product was showed as within 3-4 days delivery, once I keyed in my Pincode. But after the order placed it shows like it will be delivered at 18/09/2016.I did not get any proper notification from the flipkart or seller for my product delivery.I called more than 5 times to the Flipkart Customer care for enquiring the same, which results no proper response.But today when I called they ask me to wait until tomorrow to get the response from the team. If flipkart was not able to keep the promise, then why it’s mentioned like F-Assured in all the places .Please revert me with the proper response and I need a Compensation from you people for these kind of things, .
