[Resolved] Flipkart — product not delivering as promised and after several complaints no response | |||
I have ordered the Flipkart SmartBuy Trimmer for men on 7th OCT in sales. They promised to deliver on 12th, but never delivered. While doling followup from my side they are keep giving dates and missing. They gave 17, 18, 19, 21st (today), bit nothing happened. I paid amount and I am behind them for my product, what the worst situation as a buyer. Customer care service is more worst, the IVR asks to chose the options, but after choosing the options, still it will asks you select options 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️. We request you to place a fresh order. However, the seller has completed the refund on 25 Oct 2019 and it should be reflecting in credit card by 04 Nov 2019.
