[Resolved] Flipkart — Product not found in the box

I purchased a producut from flipkart order idOD[protected]
With my register mail id [protected]@gmail.com
The packaging of the product was already damaged and the product was not there I told the same to the courier boy he told me to call customer support since then I am calling them marking them mail and havent got any positive, you should never prefer on line shopping they are mostly cheaters.
Kindly help me to resolve this issue I want my money back in any case.
