[Resolved] Flipkart — product not getting replaced from last 14 days | |||
I opted for a replacement for a damaged product and first they accepted the replacement then flipkart executive called me up and they said you can opt for refund and when i opened the app the replacement was cancelled. Then i called on customer care again and he told me that i will not get a refund someone has provided wrong information and my product will be replaced by 22nd april. But i am not getting any notifications on my app and when i asked for tracking details they said the couldn’t provide it because of some technical issue. I want a solution and when my problem will be resolved and flipkart should have some accountability towards the customer. Flipkart is a disappointment when they talk about 100% customer security and satisfaction. Now it’s 24 th april i have mailed them several times and they are just apologising and extending the deadline. They are litteraly harassing the customer and their rights. I had registered a complaint against flipkart and got a call from flipkart official apologies from his side and my complaint was resolved within 3 days. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Apr 25, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
