Dear Flipkart Team,
I (Satya Sudheer Athukuri) am a preveliged customer to flipkart since long time.
Recently, Have ordered SAMSUNG Refrigerator, Same has been delivered timely & The Installation Engineer Suppose to visit on 16th July according to the order.
But not visited till the time, Have approched flipkart Customer Care team multiple times/logged a complaint also but Installation Engineer not visited till date.
When we contact flipkart CC team, By putting in hold for some time CC representatives are disconnecting the call by not giving proper solution.
Moreover, In addition to that My account has been blocked with unknown reason, This is really a horrible experience with Flipkart & Never ever expected this kind of service from any of the reputed platform.
Kindly invesigate on this immediately & activate my accout on priority basis so that we can able to track other orders which are to be delivered.
