[Resolved] Flipkart — Product not packed neither shipped even after 4 days | |
I've ordered a product, on 24/07/21, the product is still not packed as of 28/07/21. The promised delivery date was 27/07/21 by Flipkart. The seller's name is - Truenet Commerce. I've already paid for the product and even called the customer care of Flipkart, they told me it'll be delayed till 31/07/21. I'm so much unhappy and disappointed with this unprofessionalism of Flipkart and their sellers. I want my product to be packed and shipped as soon as possible. As it's a valuable product. Aug 2, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart called me and addressed the issue. Now the package has been shipped. Thankyou Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Aug 02, 2021 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
