[Resolved]  Flipkart — Product not picked and refund pending

I had recently purchased a Boat Rockerz 255F Pro+ Bluetooth Headset (Order ID: OD[protected] from Flipkart on 4th October. I got the product on 9th October. But after using it for 3-4 days, I started facing some issues in the right side of the headset.

So, I raised a return request on 13th October which was approved on 15th October. The headset was supposed to be picked by 16th October but it was not done that day and the date was postponed to 21st October.

Then, I received an SMS from Flipkart on 19th October saying that the headset will be picked by 9 p.m on that day. But, the delivery guy did not pick his call when I tried to contact him and it was not picked up on that day either. Then, I received another SMS from Flipkart that the pickup will be done by 20th October.

Now, 21st October has already passed but still the headset is not picked. Even after multiple conversations with their support team all I get is some lame reasoning and false assurances.

Flipkart sent me an SMS that it will be picked on 22nd October. I was pretty sceptical though as they were not able to do that from 16th October which is almost a week. But, today i.e. 22nd the order is picked and to my surprise the money was refunded instantly into my account. I thought they will take another week to refund the amount too.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
