Hey I'm a flipkart plus member .
I have ordered a bean bag from Flipkart on 18th June it was a prepaid order, i paid rs 1619 for it, , order id - OD[protected], it was officially scheduled to deliver on 26th June, but till now i have not recieved my product, the delivery keeps on going forward without any notice, the product never got out for delivery. Firstly it was it got delayed from 26 to 4th July, then 4th to 8th July then 8th to 12th July, then 12th to 13th July and, 13 th to 15th now again it's shifted to 23rd July .
I have talked to your multiple customer support members as well as your senior executives, your logistic department, but still didn't got my product from past one month, , that's the reason I'm writing this, so that whosever reading kindly provide me my refund or deliver my product and resolve my issue or I'll go to consumer court within 72 hours, do a FIR against Flipkart . Don't take it lightly, as I have talked to you people from past 15 days and been waiting since 1 month, all your customer services are either cutting the calls after getting calls on hold, , kindly see into your customer supports and provide my refund, , or else I'll do as I have talked before .
