[Resolved]  Flipkart — product not received and also customer support wants me to order again

I ordered an mi note 5 pro but due to the miscommunication between flipkarts logistics team my order was dispatched to some other place now when i am trying to communicate to customer service support for hours, they are saying i have to cancel the order and place it again as i have payed online refund will be after 8 days so i have to order that again after 8 days. I ordered that phone in emergency and they are not even communicating properly. Worst experience ever
