[Resolved] Flipkart — product not received and continuously delaying

This is regarding the delivery of a product (Office study table) order id od[protected], which i ordered on 20th september by paying full amount and the it was supposed to be delivered by 8th october 2017. But still the order has not been delivered. I have been calling flipkart customer care everyday from 8th october and today is 14th october, and their response is the product will be delivered within 24 hours, but it does not happen. They even say that it is the sellers and the courier company responsibility and not flipkart. My question is then why is flipkart selling the product on their site? I am absolutely disgusted with their services and feel that they are simply fooling around.

After all this fuss, they delivered the product on 17th October and installed it by 20th October 2017. But the mental harassment I went through cannot be mended. Disgusted with Flipkart services.
