[Resolved]  Flipkart — product not received even after calling customer care.

I have ordered two products with the order id : od[protected] and od[protected] on 21st september and they promised to deliver on 3rd october. Today is 6th october and till today they is not updates when will my product be delivered. Daily i am calling the customer care but they are giving all false statements. Please suggest how to complain against flipkart in the consumer court.
