[Resolved]  Flipkart — product not received (laptop

Hello,

I had ordered a laptop in exhange during bbd sale wasting 2 hours (Overload on server). But i never received the order due to flipkart system glitch

Problem started when i formatted my exchange laptop when i received first message of 'out for delivery', which apparently didn't happen. No call from delivery agent, i called up up he said he doesn't have product it will be delivered tomorrow.

Normally this happens, so let it go. Second day, again out for delivery no body calls up. I called up he says he is not carrying my product.

Informed flipkart on call about incident. Simultaneously, i also asked a delivery agent came to deliver another product about delivery of laptop. He informed there is some glitch in the system that when they make product for delivery, exchange product is not shown and they are not able to collect exchange product. And, they have dropped email to flipkart for this glitch and waiting for their reply. So resolution was to be provided by 10 oct 2019.

Meanwhile, agin i tried to reach flipkart via call and email. No body is understanding real concern instead just reading scripts. And finally, on due date again out for delivery, no body called up, message shown unable to contact recipient. Though as nobody called up, i called the delivery agent and again he said that not carrying your product. After 3 attempts, automatically order cancelled and cs of flipkart replying unable to provide any resolution as order canceled. But not understanding i disnt cancel it.

Now i am looking for a product and everyday hoping for a positive response. And cs keep on sending script of amount refunded.

Main problem is i am unable to order it now as prices have also increased.
