I placed an order on 13th October on flipkart for a mobile phone which was supposed to be delivered on 16th. On 16th I did not go to office because the delivery was supposed to happen and i had to give my old phone in exchange.
After waiting for the whole day, I called the customer service, and they said wait until 9PM it has reached your nearest hub (an information that i could see on the platform) and the delivery date was changed to 18th.
Today again on checking with the tracking number I could see that it has reached my nearest hub on 16th 5:35AM and still the product is not showing as out for delivery.
There is no effort taken by the flipkart customer service to get the delivery done ASAP.
I would request flipkart to work on delivery and deliver product as per promised date or give a clear picture of the order.
Please get my product delivered today at any cost or give me your hub address I will go and pick it up from the hub.
