[Resolved] Flipkart — product not received post 3 days normal delivery date. | |||||
I ordered a headphone on flipkart on nov 2'2018 (Friday). I was notified that i'll receive the order on nov 5'2018 (Monday). As a general process, i was excited about my order. Then on monday they said that the product has been misrouted in same city. I kept my patience and contacted them. They said the issue will be resolved within next 2 business days. That means on nov 8'2018 (As 7th was a holiday due to diwali). I waited for that also. And now today (Nov 8'2018) they sent mail to me saying the issue will be resolved by nov 12'2018. If the issue was just that the product is misrouted in same city, i should have received the order the next day. Why this much delay in such a small issue?? I want my order latest by tomorrow i. E. Nov 9'2018, else i'll cancel the order and flipkart will be loosing a customer from tomorrow. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Nov 9, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Thank you! My product has been delivered today i.e. on Nov 9th which is delayed by 4 days. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
