Flipkart — product not received, refund not received

I had ordered an item from flipkart of order id od[protected]. I received the package without any item. I requested refund for the missing deliverable but flipkart technicians somehow rejected the refund request. I have been contacting them constanly for 6-7 days. They are keeping me on the hook by asking for 24hr but no one is genuinely helping.
Either provide me with the product or give me the refund.

I hve brought 7 qt of crocs in 50% offer but they send only 4qt . This is scam . They loot our money in the name of discount .. i have request returned complain several time but they rejected

I ordered belove product given in photo and pay online in UPI but product gone wrong person how can i get my amount sir
