[Resolved]  Flipkart — Product not replaced and also got scammed.

I am using from about 2 years and i am also a Plus member.I have ordered so many products from expensive ones to lower price range products.But was happy with them.
But on 20th September I ordered Boat Airdopes 131 Bluetooth headset And i got it on 21st September. When I opened the package, I found the box of Boat Airdopes 131 but the problem was that the seal of that box was broken and there was another product inside ( Bluetooth headset of a brand 'call mate' which I never heard of).
After, that i quickly placed a replacement request and explain my issue and attached a picture of what i got.
The replacement got accepted and a delivery executive came on 23rd Sept to replace my product but he refused to pickup saying that he want boat airdopes 131 then and only he will pick up my product and he will have to pay the amount of the boat 131 Bluetooth headset if he will pick up my product (which i have received of a brand call mate).
I tried to explain him that i have raised the replacement request because I myself have not got the original product and that's why you have came for replacement.
How can you ask a person for the thing he himself hasn't got.
But he still didn't understand and said me to call Flipkart customer care so, I called the coustomer care and informed them about the situation and they said that's the delivery executive has done wrong with you and he will be asked why he has refused to pickup. They said that the request that you have raised is correct and it describes your issue correct.
Then they placed another replacement request and on 26th September another delivery exicutive came to replace my product and the same thing happened he also refused to pickup my product saying that he has got order from Flipkart to pickup boat airdopes 131 and then and only replace the product. I also explain him same thing that i myself has been scammed and has got a another product inside the box of original product which is boat airdopes 131.
The i called customer care another time and they said the same thing and told me to wait until 30th September to get my case resolved. But i asked them that the replacement policy of the product is until 28th September then how will i get my products replaced but they said that your have already raised the request will the time period but Flipkart was not able to replace your product so, it's not your problem Flipkart will replace your product even after the replacement policy period.
and they said they cancelling the older replacement request and told me to raise the request after 48 hours. On 30th September i opened my Flipkart order to place replacement request but there's wasn't any option for that and it said that your replacement policy period has been ended. Then i called Flipkart and they said they are raising the request to extend my replacement policy period but even after 4 days of that there's still no option to place replacement one more time and my issue is still not resolved.
I have trusted Flipkart so much that i used to order so many products from Flipkart but this experience is breaking my trust.
Please resolve my issue asap.
