[Resolved] Flipkart — product not return from 20 days | |||||
I have ordered for a product (Kedar lanhga choli) on 14th october and received product on 24 october. But product is different in colour (Blue) and design. I have requested for product refund on 25th october. From 25th october to 12th november i have requested for refund 13 times but every time picker did not receive product. He said in my mobile application product colour is red so i can't take this. I have called flipkart 30 times but every time they gave me assurance that this time your product pickup will done. And i have spent approx 500 rs extra for calling customer care and time also. Please take strict action against flipkart Was this information helpful? | |||||
