[Resolved]  Flipkart — product not shipped

I am flipcart plus member, i was order a treadmil on 15-jul-19. My order is accept and apporved by omniteck retail seller. Delivery date 17-, jul-19 but 10 days go my oreder not deliver to me. I call customer care but they did not right answer to me pls reslove my issu and deliver my order. Already i paid order amount 19499 ruppess.
