Flipkart — product not working but no refund/return

I purchased Mi Band and Professional trimmer worth Rs 2000 or so in all for both.
Order ID: OD[protected]
They both were dead on arrival.
I want to return the items and get a refund of the items but no action has been taken by flipkart since a month on this and my money is waste.
