[Resolved]  Flipkart — Product not yet delivered and company not able to give assurance about delivery

I have ordered redmi note 4 mobile on 28th june 2017 via order no. Od[protected]. I have already paid rs. 10999 through debit card. On 29th june i have got message that it is ready for dispatched, and on 30th june 2017 i have got mail and message that my order has been dispatched and it will be delivered by 10th july 2017. They have provided courier ref. No. Ad[protected]in. But till date (13th july 2017) i have not yet received the mobile. Even status of courier is showing for 30th june 2017 only. On 10th july i have complained through customer care about non delivery of order, then they told me to wait upto 13th july, 2017. Again on 13th july i have called then, again they have said that i have to wait upto 17th july. Flipkart was such a reputed company is doing such a cheap things. Shame on flipkart. Govt. Should ban on flipkart. They are holding our money for 10 to 15 days after that they know that we will cancel our product due to non delivery. For these 10 to 15 days they will earn interest on that amount. By this way they are earning lakhs and lakhs without doing anything. I want compensation for the same. A request to govt. To punish such companies.

We have interacted with the customer, apologized for the delay, informed customer that we will try our best to get the product delivered. Later customer cancelled the order, due to that we will not be able to deliver the product since it is cancelled. once the product reaches the warehouse, the refund will be credited and within 6 Business days it will get reflected in customers account.
