[Resolved] Flipkart — product not yet received (too delay) | |||||
We have order one mobile smart phone Moto G5 Plus Lunar grey dated 08.12.2017.But not yet received still date. The Ekart delivery boy said over phone, your shipment to be received at my place only and also not able to deliver to your booking address.And he said if any deviation to complaint Ekart office at Chittoor.So please take necessary steps to deliver my shipment as early as possible. Verified Support Dec 20, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We had interacted with the customer, confirmed the product delivery, customer stating he went and collected the product, apologized for the same, he also stated he has ordered for another product and that should get delivered at his place, informed as the product is just shipped, asked to wait till the promise date of that product and hence closing the case.
