[Resolved] Flipkart — Product not yet shipped neither they refund the money

Dear Team,

I have purchased a product Mi 4A Horizon Edition 80 cm (32 inch) HD Ready LED Smart Android TV from flipkart on Feb 20th 2022 bearing the order number: OD[protected] for Rupees 13949. It's been almost 2 months they did not ship the product neither they refunded the money. I tried my best to explain this to flipkart customer care support and even they are unable to cancel the product from their end due to some technical glitches. So, please look into this issue and help me to resolve this my getting my refund.

Firstly thank you for this platform. After raising complaint here than Flipkart support team came into picture and identify my case and refunded my money back to my account. Thank you
