Flipkart — Product pickup done but not received refund

I had ordered campus shoes on I have received it on 31st September 2023 I had issues with the product quality therefore I applied for return (id no.[protected]) of product, pick up was completed on 5th September 2023 but On 6th September my return got cancelled how it is possible that return get cancelled after pickup of product " I have not received my refund money" and also "product pickup" is done I have contacted customer care many times but no help is provided to me this was not expected by Flipkart I'm very disappointed by this please solve my problem and provide my refund money back please...
