[Resolved] Flipkart — product pickup not accepting | |||||
Hi, I had ordered soundlogic beb004 bluetooth headset with mic earphones, it was worst in quality. So i decided to return this product, when i submit return request, the response came as flipkart will pickup this product by 26-may-2018 and on portal also it was saying the same. Even i got a call from flipkart executive for details of address to pickup product. Still pickup is pending. When i call to customer care, they are saying to ship this product, it is simply ridiculous behavior. If you portal is saying they will pickup then how will i ship the product..??
