Flipkart — Product pickup not done by agent

I purchased a shoe Product order I'd OD[protected]. On opening I saw that I received a shoe that is stained on bottom and torn on sides on the top . i placed item stating "received a broken/damaged item" and subcategory "stained or torn product recieved".
Delivery agent came to my house and i told i selected wrong option and asked to call customer care as product is stained and torn on top. I told i selected same option and he told it is not reflecting on his Flipkart app. He told to contact customer care and he left and he cancelled return stating reason as product mismatch. I called customer care and again i selected return as above options and he came and rejected pickup again though I selected option received a broken/ damaged item.

Customer service of Flipkart is not caring and told my complaint is in progress yet cancelled my return two times. I placed a return third time now

My product is provogue a and same as in picture. I have box and item will bill as it came to me. As Flipkart don't accept this return I want to file consumer forum case
