I received a damaged whirlpool 9kg washing machine on 21.09.2022. Machine is broken at bottom side which is no easily visible due to its dark grey color and a hidden area. After 10 minutes of delivery i tried to contact the delivery people, but they didn't pick the phone deliberately. At the same time i mailed all the details of damaged product to Flipkart with photos and also made a call to customer care service. They registered my issue, but by the evening i received the mail that issue is resolved. I tried to replace the product by registering replacement request with essential details like photos and description but it was also not registered even after multiple tries. Just by offering open box delivery one cannot check all the product or every part which were hidden or in the bottom, so this kind of negligence of courier partner or depatch team must be taken care seriously. I need a replacement for my product please help me.
