[Resolved]  Flipkart — product received with part missing

I bought one shoe rack from flipkart and when the installation team come my home and fixing that product from flipkart they found one part was missing. They packed item and keep it ready to return. And i got message from flipkart that your product replacement was approved and our team will come and pickup the missing product from me. But everyday morning i m getting the message that your product will pickup today and whole day i m waiting but till the end no response, 5 days same thing happen and everyday i m contacting customer care they saying in 24 hours it will be pick up. Yesterday 30th oct i received the mail
"we are sorry to let you know that your order od[protected] for alquiler lumier engineered wood shoe rack has been cancelled due to an unforeseen error.
If you paid by credit card, net banking or debit card, it may take up to 5 to 7 business as per bank procedure. If you paid by gift card, it will be credited to your giftcard used for the purchase in 24 hours.
In appreciation of your continued trust, rs. 350 has been added as a gift card in your flipkart account"
After getting this mail when i contact customer care they saying order was cancelled and they added 350 rs as gift card. I asked my product value is 3149 and i cannot use this item with missing part (One side plywood). They saying for that reason they given 350 rs gift card. And no refund will be done. For lose of 3149 rs they providing 350 rs gift card that too the mistake was happened from the seller what kind of deal or resolution is this.
