I requested to three time for refund against poor quality product deliver. First refund request to generate same day. Second 5th oct 2018. Third 8th oct 2018. And confirm by flipkart customer care executive for refund confirmation. His comented to confirmed. Now still pending and cancelled with out any reason. Please process for refund on urgent basis. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed the refund has been initiated on[protected] and will be completed on[protected]. Customer confirmed that refund is completed. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.
