[Resolved] Flipkart — product refund issue order no od[protected].

I have bought a denim jacket from flipkart order no od[protected].
The denim was not fitting my wife and we asked for refund. The product was not used. As per the refund policy (Screenshot attached) the jacket can be refunded. However the pickup boy said that reschedule the refund and put it as damaged. I rescheduled the same again the pick up boy said he cannot pickup the jacket and its against company policy and in between he took long time talking to someone before giving this reply, i have order the jacket at office and cannot provide that much time, he gave back the jacket to security. This is very bad experience i had with flipkart and will surely not buy any product from such thieves. Please resolve.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered is not as per the specification mentioned. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed the refund has been completed on 15 Feb 19. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
