[Resolved] Flipkart — product refund was requested but not confirmed. | |||
I ordered a psp named as nxt power grand classical gcl psp with mp4 player but i received a damaged product and the product does not matched the description so i requested replacement. Since, multiple reasons returns are not available with flipkart therefore i contacted customer support for a few times and they said for the refund. I gave them my bank details on 16th october 2018 and they said pickup would come on 17th but no person for pick up came and when i saw my orders in flipkart page i saw the refund was cancelled and said refer to flipkart return policy and no new notifications about refund cancellation came to me. I received the product on 6th october and the refund policy was valid till 16th so for me refund must have been processed why was it not processed? The refund order was done by flipkart customer service and i also talked with their seniors but however the refund was cancelled even it was done in valid period of time. And one more awkward thing is that the refund cancellation time is going on changing. I just want my money back from flipkart. Was this information helpful? | |||
