[Resolved] Flipkart — Product replacement not received.

I was ordered on 30-05-'2017 "smile2u retailers analog wall clock" on flipkart.
Delivery expected by[protected], but i received one day[protected] delayed. The product dimension not matching with what was shown in flipkart wab page. Product dimension mismatching. So i was retuned and replacement on[protected]. But,
Still i was not received replacement product (Or) my money (Rs501).
Kindly do some think needful.

Order id = od[protected] item)
Order date = tue, may 30th '17 6:21 pm
Amount paid = ₹501through cash on delivery

Updated by Eajad I received a call from flipkart for refund and he sends a mail with link for refund.
But the mail is not accepted bank account number and IFSC code Number.
The Flipkart send the mail only formality, not useful.
Finaly I lost my Amount.
why not flipkart add the amount to my Flipkart wallet?

Kindly do somethink for useful.
