[Resolved] Flipkart — product replacement rejected though it's defective | |||
Hi i purchased poco f1 last thursday on 20th. The earphone jack is not working with all headphones. I tried its own brand mi itself. It's not working. The flipkart agent rejected the replacement because his apple headphones were working. I showed defective phone in mi service center they also told to put replacement. The agent scammed me and not picking the phone up and now replacement rejected. Worst customer care now 23k is at stake for me. New phone purchased and it's defective still didn't replace. Then at last we got the call and replacement is triggered. Thanks . Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Sep 26, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.

OD[protected] was cancelled by flipkart without inform to me. the reason they said delivery unreachable by courier. Same address i have received plenty of items. should i know what is the reason behind.
